Our self-defense seminars are designed to give as much information as possible in the time allotted. Information concerning self-defense techniques, crime statistics, and attacker information are addressed. Actual demonstration of techniques is given and attendees practice these techniques.
When people think of self-defense, they usually assume it’s about physical doing something to someone who attacked them. But, self-defense actually means doing everything possible to avoid fighting someone who threatens or attacks you. Self-defense is about using your smarts.
The information provided in the seminars is not meant to scare attendees but, to educate them. And as I’m sure you’ll agree, the better educated you are on a subject, the more equipped you are to handle it when it’s presented.
